During 2014, a group of Business Development managers from seven voluntary sector organisations took part in an action learning process.

Their aim was to explore how they could lead their organisations through some of the changes required by self-directed support by each focussing on one specific challenge or project of their own.

In this video some participants from the learning set explain which questions (or which types of question) from the action learning set stood out for them and how these made them think differently about their project or challenge.
